Product Guarantee

The broken product which is caused by delivery carelessness is not "sanwev.com" responsibility. Assurance for delivered products is a must.

Complaint for the broken product is available when the product is received or maximum three days since the product has been received.
Product with no guarantee is not free for service and spare part.
Guarantee is not available when the seal and serial number is broken.
Consumer has to fill and send back the guarantee form on time.
Guarantee is not available since there is guarantee form and claim carelessness.
